Due to the nature of the products we sell, any sex toys delivered cannot be returned or refunded. Customers will be compensated for “Sex toys delivered damaged” on a case by case basis to be determined by negotiation between DOLLXES and its customers. Sometimes part of this negotiation involves the customer “returning” the toys to Shenzhen, China by FEDEX or UPS. Through negotiation, DOLLXES and its customers will decide who pays for this delivery service to be determined by the circumstances surrounding the order. Such circumstances include the initial value of the toys before being damaged, value of toys damaged by delivery, value of toys that were damaged by the customer after delivery .

Full refunds can not be granted for the customer changing their mind on the sex toys they ordered. Instead, a 25% restocking fee will be charged if the customer decides on a different choice of sex toy for any reason. The 25% restocking fee includes the previously mentioned processing fee.
DOLLXES makes no attempt to profit on restocking fees, only to recoup its losses in such transactions.
